People Drive Me Insane

I've only birthed six babies.... What do I know?

Just go. Have your failed induction, because your doctor wants to make his planned vacation or Super Bowl party or wedding or lunch date, or has a vendetta against heavy-set women....But tells you, your baby is too BIG, or you're post-dates, or your pelvis is just too small, or it's your due date, or your body must be broken if it doesn't go into labor exactly on time.... Use their "Vitamin P" (something you don't even know the ingredients of or the risks because they downplay them or don't tell you at all.)

and have a subsequent "emergency" c-section for failure to progress (big shocker) or fetal distress (again, here's my surprise face) to "save your baby" because males, who don't have a uterus know more than a woman does about her own body and how to birth her baby!!!

Have fun!!!!

And if this post makes you mad? Tough. Don't read it then. Because I. Don't. Care.

Vent over.

Peace Out!

I'm very glad we had the opportunity to get an updated family photo done by our good family friend. She is moving away, and if you see this page, please say a prayer for her for everything to come together for her move and for God to lead an honorable, God-fearing, really amazing and kind man into her life!

Peace Out!

More Fun!!!

Lately, the big question I am asked is, "So how is it with SIX kids?" -Usually with wide-eyed, truly curious looks. People aren't being rude, (I hope) they honestly want to know. Mostly because to them, it is a foreign concept- to have more than a few children....

I must admit, I thought I was in the minority... until God started showing me that I was wrong. There are plenty of families with more than 2.4 children! And I have been running into them regularly.

It got me wondering if that's just what Satan wanted me to think- that I'm weird and alone. Well, I'm not. And that makes me happy to know when I'm faced with questions (and stares wherever we go as a family) that occasionally make us feel like a circus side-show. Which makes me laugh pretty hard, I must admit!

Well to answer that question....

There is nothing sweeter...

Nothing that better teaches...

Patience...

Responsibility....

Joy....

Fun....

Loyalty....

Sharing....

Love and God's grace more than a baby can. And coming from a family as an only child, I can assure you that big families are MORE FUN!

Peace Out!

Hi! I'm less than two months old and I have strong neck muscles! That's because I come from awesome parents and I'm multi-talented.

Peace Out!
